By analyzing all of the factors that make up an organizations current position and establishing where your company needs to go, Vanguard Financial Consulting will determine the goals and objectives that must be reached in order to get there. Then implement a plan of action.

Vanguard Financial will start with a full assessment of your organization drawing from multiple sources such as organizational charts, business activity reports, forecasts and budgets. Then move on to interviews with directors, officers and employees.

From the data collected Vanguard Financial Consulting will compile the format for a strategic planning conference and serve as the facilitator of this meeting.

At this point we will work with you to establish your organizations strategic objectives and establish an implementation timeline.
