This involves developing a process that involves all responsibility centers to help establish financial objectives, formulate plans to obtain these objectives, measure performance and evaluate the results.
Vanguard Financial Consulting will review your current organizational structure and define responsibility centers, ensuring they are in line with your organizations strategic objectives.
We will then examine your company's existing chart of accounts, adding or modifying accounts where necessary and determine income and expense accounts which are influenced by each responsibility center.
Vanguard Financial Consulting will then assist your organization in developing a system to summarize data from each responsibility center to generate a company wide budget including year-to-year comparisons, variation and capital expenditure reports with monthly and year to date actual versus budget comparisons.
